With state-of-art equipment and experienced engineers, we can make 1 set of tooling per day. Generally end user will grind, hone and then coating. With dozens of press and sinter machine in house, monthly press and sinter capacity is 5,000,000 pieces.
Specification:
Special Carbide Milling Blanks are usually pressed and sintered to customer’s CAD drawing. Customer can send us the finish insert design as well and our engineer will send the insert blank drawing with grinding allowance for confirmation.

Before use, all insert blanks need to be ground, ER and then coated for the best performance. The insert we are supplying are just the substrate. Toolmaker will make the post treatment. Following is a process chart for example.

A: Sure, some standard items also have stock in our warehouse.

A: Yes, with lots of CNC machines in our factory, we can preform to customer’s print after pressing, such as preform the hole on drills. But for quantity over 500 pieces, die-pressing is more cost-effective.
