Product Introduction:
Carbide strip, widely applied in woodworking and stone working. The grade selection is very important, grades with higher hardness can last a longer lifetime, and however, the grade with better toughness is recommended when the machining or welding condition is not so good.

Product feature and application
Grade Recommendation:
● GU20 and GK05
● GU20 is the first choice in most cases. It can be used to all materials.
● GK05 is suitable for turning and milling of cast iron, non-ferrous metals. And for materials that not includes Steel and Stainless steel. Due to coarse grain size, GK05 with higher impact resistance that is much better than GU20 for stones.
● For high hardness requirement, GEHM also has GU10UF, GU20F, and GU25UF ultra-fine grain size RTP for steel cutting, machining etc.
● Carbide strips for metalworking: Square shaped carbide flats are suitable for steel & stainless steel cutting / machining (in GU20 grade) for fibers cutting / machining (in GU10 or GK05 grade) etc.
● GEHM also has GK30H, GF40D and many other grades for.
● Carbide flat bar can be further processed at clients’ factory / workshop by wire cut, grinding, soldering. Carbide bars applications including but not limit: cutting, machining, parting, grooving, woodworking, metal working etc.
● Special carbide flats even can be specially used in medical or other areas.

Q11: How do you make QC control? Inside or third party?
A: Usually, we do the QC control in house. If you need, third party like SGS report could be provided.
Q12: What is the warranty?
A:We can issue material certificate upon delivery. If there is any discrepancy on quantity/weight, please let us know within 2 weeks after arrival of the goods. If there is any quality discrepancy, please send us the report with 4 weeks. Thanks.
