Product Introduction:
GA Series—Materials for Stamping Lead Frame and Electronic Connector
GA series provides the best solution for high speed stamping SPCC, steel belt, beryllium copper belt and 304 stainless electronic components, etc. This series is widely recommended by PG components manufacturing field because of its high reputation in the lead frame and connector industry.
Conventional sintered cemented carbide often has micro-pores inside, which become the source of cracks that cause damage to the work piece. Filling with inert gas at the sintering temperature and performing HIP treatment can effectively eliminate micro-pores and significantly improve the mechanical properties of the alloy, all GEHM EDM blocks are HIP processed.

3. Are your products made of pure virgin materials or recycled materials?
Our products are made of pure virgin materials which can guarantee quality.
4. What is your monthly output of EDM blocks?
We sell around 20 tons EDM blocks monthly.
5. What is the warranty?
We can issue material certificate upon delivery. If there is any discrepancy on quantity/weight, please let us know within 2 weeks after arrival of the goods. If there is any quality discrepancy, please send us the report with 4 weeks. Thanks.
Packaging & Delivery
