GF Series—Materials for Stamping Motor Core.


Designed for stamping molds under heavy-duty, GF series are featured in medium cobalt content and mixed tungsten carbide powder grain sizes which make them gain much better anti-impaction ability, higher anti-shock resistance and corrosion resistance. This reduces corrosion and fraction on the surface of finished carbide products.


Based on the researching achievement of XTC, GEHM successfully developed the 4th Plus generation carbide which has higher performance in resistance against corrosion, toughness and wear resistance, while having relatively low stress, good comprehensive performance, so that the material has extremely high processing stability, and the service life of the mold is greatly improved.

Features:

GF30P has high hardness and fine toughness, suitable for stamping of silicon steel sheet (≤0.35mm) with high hardness of micro motor and servo motor.

GF40H has high abrasive resistance and toughness as well as high hardness. It’s mainly used to produce conventional y series iron core of motor rotor.

GF50H with good toughness and anti-shock resistance is suitable for producing complex iron corn of brushless motor rotor and server motor rotor, mini-size iron core of motor rotor.

GF55HH has excellent anti-shock resistance which can make it suitable for stamping very thick mold at low speed.
