GA Series—Materials for Stamping Lead Frame and Electronic Connector
GA series provides the best solution for high speed stamping SPCC, steel belt, beryllium copper belt and 304 stainless electronic components, etc. This series is widely recommended by PG components manufacturing field because of its high reputation in the lead frame and connector industry.
Based on the researching achievement of XTC, GEHM successfully developed the 4th Plus generation carbide which has higher performance in resistance against corrosion, toughness and wear resistance, while having relatively low stress, good comprehensive performance, so that the material has extremely high processing stability, and the service life of the mold is greatly improved.

FAQ:
1. What’s the payment term?
We accept T/T. Generally speaking, 30% prepayment should be paid before production, the balance 70% should be paid before delivery.
2. What is sample policy and lead time for sample?
If we have stock, then we can ship out within 3 days. If there is not stock, then lead time is 3-4 weeks when we have mold, 5-6 weeks without molds.
3. Are your EDM blocks sintered or finished?
We can produce both sintered and finished EDM blocks
4. What is lead time for EDM blocks?
Lead time for EDM blocks is 3-4 weeks.
Packaging & Delivery
The products will be packed carefully before shipping to ensure that the product arrives without any damage. EDM blocks are skin packed one by one, wooden box is used for large qty.
