Q1. When was your company founded?
A: Our mother company—XTC group was founded in 1958. We GEHM was founded in 2011.
Q2. What is the lead time for preform?
A: It will take 2-3 weeks for the products which we have molds, 4-5 weeks without molds.
Q3. What is the payment term?
A: T/T in advance, we accept 30% as deposit before production, the balance 70% before shipment.
Q4. Can CIF work for you?
A: Yes, we can take FOB, CIF, DDU etc.
Q5. Do you have a pricelist?
A: Sorry, we don’t have a price list. Price depends on qty and production technology. And our prices will change according to raw materials costs.
Q6. Can you analyze the preform sample I provide?
A: Yes, we have an R&D team, we can analyze the item you provide.
Q7. How soon can I get a quote?
A: We usually can quote within 24 hours after we get enquiry.
Packaging & Delivery:
The products will be packed carefully before shipping to ensure that the product arrives without any damage. Neutral packing box is for each pcs, wooden box is for large qty
