GEHM supply a complete product line of cemented carbide index-able insert blanks from ISO/ANSI standard insert blanks to customized insert blanks. As for on-edge milling insert blanks, in most cases this product line are bespoken to customer’s drawing. Customer can send us the finish insert design as well and we will check from our die book of insert blanks if there are existing dies for you. Normally, customer will grind all around, including the inner hole and the cutting edge from sintered on-edge milling insert blanks, hone and then coating.
