Flow Limitation Ring:
Introduction:
The cemented carbide flow limitation ring is one of cemented carbide parts used in MWD & LWD. The tungsten carbide flow limitation ring, with excellent erosion resistance, can cope with the strong erosion of downhole drilling fluid effectively to protect the circulating sleeve body of MWD & LWD. On the other hand, the bottom of MWD & LWD is controlled by pulse signal and extends into the through hole of the flow limiting ring to control the flow area of the through hole, thus producing the pressure pulse signal of drilling fluid. The signal strength can be controlled by selecting the inner diameter of the flow limiting ring, so that it is suitable for different wells, displacement and well depths.
