Product Introduction:
According to the shape, the gear shaper cutter is divided into four types: disk shape, bowl shape, cylinder shape and taper shank. The disc gear shaper cutter is mainly used for machining internal and external meshing straight teeth, helical teeth and herringbone gears. The bowl-shaped gear shaper cutter mainly processes straight gears with shoulders and multiple internal and external meshing. The difference between the bowl-shaped gear shaper cutter and the disc gear shaper cutter is that the nut used for clamping can be contained in the cutter body of the gear shaper cutter, so it does not hinder the processing. The cylindrical gear shaper cutter is used for machining internal gears and external gears with small modulus, which is tightened on the spindle of the gear shaper by the thread of the inner hole. The taper shank gear shaper cutter is mainly used for machining internal meshing straight and helical gears.

A: We are both subsidiaries of XTC group, specialized in different product ranges. GEHM makes carbide sintered blanks, while GESAC finished parts.
