Product Introduction:

Cemented carbide square blanks is widely used as cutting tool materials, such as turning tools, milling cutters, planers, drills, boring cutters, etc., for cutting cast iron, non-ferrous metals, plastics, chemical fiber, graphite, glass, stone materials, and ordinary steel, as well as for cutting heat-resistant steel, stainless steel, high manganese steel, tool steel and other difficult-to-cut materials. These are also widely used in molds and machine wear parts which need excellent wear resistance. For example heading die core, punch pins in the fastener industry, wire drawing die core, wire tube core, lock core, various irregular die core, and nozzles, seal rings, roller, bushing, and gear hob blank, etc.

A: The tungsten carbide strips blank can be used in following area and but limited to:

1. In agricultural industry, many farmers order the different types of carbide flats from GEHM. They will grind and solder the hard carbide flats on the plough head to replace normal steel plough heads. The new plough heads equipped with sharp carbide flat heads are much more durable than steel heads in their shaper carbide strip heads with high wear & impact resistances. All in all, customers costs been saved and production efficiency highly improved

2. In carpentry, many carpenter and timber mill use tungsten carbide strips 310mm or 330mm to make planer tools or plane cutters. Carbide cutters are harder, sharper and long life time than HSS and Steel ones.

3. Customer can also select the carbide strips for medical use.
