Product Introduction:
GF Series—Materials for Stamping Motor Core.
GF22H is medium-low cobalt, coarse-grained structure, low affinity with iron and copper metals, and good resistance to soft metal adhesion and wear, which enhances the cobalt phase strength, resists electrochemical corrosion, and is suitable for EDM. With high toughness, it is suitable for working conditions with greater impact. It is suitable for stamping the soft metal strip of 0.6-1.8mm SPCCCVTpure copperpure iron.
Based on the researching achievement of XTC, GEHM successfully developed the 4th Plus generation carbide which has higher performance in resistance against corrosion, toughness and wear resistance, while having relatively low stress, good comprehensive performance, so that the material has extremely high processing stability, and the service life of the mold is greatly improved.
