Product Introduction:

We GEHM supply a complete product line of cemented carbide indexable insert blanks from ISO/ANSI standard insert blanks to tailor-made special carbide insert blanks, including:

● General milling insert blanks, like APMT, RDMT.

● General turning insert blanks, like CCMA, TNMA, SNMA, WNMA, CNMG etc.

● Parting, Grooving & Slotting carbide inserts blanks.

● Spade drilling & Ball milling insert blanks.

● Other special carbide inserts blanks.

The hot sell products among ISO standard insert blanks are milling insert blanks such as APMT1135, APMT1604 insert and turning insert blanks, such as TNMG16, WNMG08. Normally, our customer, the toolmakers or factories, will do the grinding, edge honing and coating before use or sell with their own cutting tool brand. There is a post treatment chart in following description.

The special carbide blanks are GEHM’s important supplement for turning & milling insert blanks.
