We can supply tungsten carbide balls with high precision. With high corrosion and wear resistance, and high strength and temperature resistant.

Made of tungsten carbide, Tungsten Carbide round Balls/cemented carbide ball/hard alloy ball is also called hard alloy balls. It is used for places requiring extreme hardness and resistance to wear and abrasive, hard shocks and impacts. They can be used for special valves, flow meters, recirculating balls bearing screws, liner bearing and balls for ball point pens. They are also used for mining, as pivots and points of compotation. What's more, they are also used for measurements or calibrations of holes and measurement checking devices.

Q1. When is your company founded?

A: Three decades ago, we entered the tungsten industry. Later, due to product expansion, GEHM was founded in 2011 to focus on cutting tool blanks and wear parts.

Q2. What is the payment term?

A: T/T, 30% as deposit before production, balance before shipment.

Q3. What are your main products? 

A: Standard & custom-made insert blanks, carbide flats, EDM blocks, wire drawing dies, wear parts etc

Q4. Do you have a pricelist for this carbide blanks or will they depend on the qtys?

A: The price depends on the qty you order.

Q5. What’s your wear parts division monthly output?  

A: Monthly production capacity is 40-50 tons

Q6. What wear parts can you produce?

A: We can produce wear parts as per customer’s drawing.

Q7. Is mold fee free?

A: Mold fee depends on the qty, if qty is more than 200kg for one item, we will bear the mold fee. If qty is less than 200KG, customer will bear the mold fee.

The products will be packed carefully before shipping to ensure that the product arrives without any damage. Neutral packing box, wooden box for large qty.
